Frequently Asked Questions

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes — completely free, with no obligation. We believe you deserve to understand your legal options before making any financial commitment. Our consultations are also 100% confidential.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We typically schedule new client consultations within 24–48 hours of your inquiry. For emergencies — particularly criminal matters — we can arrange same-day consultations. Call (208) 593-6144 for urgent matters.

How does the "no win, no fee" arrangement work?

For personal injury cases, we work on a contingency fee basis. This means you pay no attorney fees unless we win your case. If we recover compensation for you, our fee comes as a percentage of the recovery. We cover all upfront case costs. We'll explain the fee structure in detail at your consultation.

What should I bring to my first consultation?

Bring any documents related to your legal matter — police reports, medical records, contracts, court documents, correspondence, photos, etc. The more information you can share, the more useful our initial assessment will be. Don't worry if you don't have everything organized; our attorneys are experienced at working with whatever you have.

Do you offer virtual or phone consultations?

Absolutely. We offer phone, video (Zoom, Teams, FaceTime), and in-person consultations. We serve clients throughout Idaho, including those who cannot easily travel to our Boise office.

What languages does your firm serve?

Our team speaks English, Spanish, Korean, and Mandarin fluently. We can also arrange professional interpreter services for other languages. We are committed to ensuring every client can communicate freely and comfortably.

How long will my case take?

Case timelines vary significantly depending on the type of matter, complexity, and whether it settles or goes to trial. At your consultation, we'll give you a realistic timeline based on the specific facts of your case. We always keep clients informed at every stage.
